The VieWear Period Comfort Underwear was designed as underwear that makes you more comfortable during your monthly period. A uniquely designed hidden pocket allows for inserting a discreet ice/heat pack in the abdominal region to help soothe cramps and bloating.

This is not period absorbency underwear, however, because it is lined with 100% organic cotton it is leak-resistant. It will give you some protection from leaks and overflow from pads, tampons, cups, or discs.
